Ramon Hernandez, known as Tony, is a tattoo artist with more than 15 años de experience. Born and raised in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Tony is a focused tattooer, who likes being diverse instead of sticking to one style of tattooing, even though his favorite thing to do is traditional art and neo-traditional art.
